12" X 9" (31cm X 23cm) Oil on Masonite
i have been so cranked with design work and other stuff that it has been far too long since i have really just said screw it during the week and went to paint. yesterday afternoon was one of those moments when i just to take a bit of time off... even though the phone was ringing off the hook... (everyone wants a piece of me apparently)
this is painting on a cradled gessoed masonite panel that i got from Daniel Smith art supplies online... it has a really different texture to what i am used to so that is part of what i was dealing with. in a good way i might add... it was different, but i didn't hate it.
but when it was all said an done i was relatively happy.

I can see (and feel) the brush strokes..it is music, poetry and good massage... I'm sure that that landscape is appreciate your work you did on it...and he thanks you for that good feeling you gave him.you see..we can all see how much love you put in here...and how much energy you got in to ...if i can see it and all of us can...
